A place to nourish your body, slow down, and make a little magic.
A community monthly membership for curious people who want to understand their bodies and cycles, practice seasonal living, build practical food skills, reconnect with nature, and have a little more fun along the way.
DOORS OFFICIALLY OPEN OCTOBER 1st 2026.
Nourishment for every season of your life.
Women’s bodies are constantly changing.
Our nutritional needs can shift with our menstrual cycles, age, activity, stress, pregnancy, fertility, menopause, and everything in between.
But women’s health nutrition is under-researched, and often overlooked. And when women’s health is a priority, it feels like it’s always just more things to do, more tasks to complete, more supplements to take.
And a lot of the “biohacking” wellness culture that exists is not built for women’s biology. (Intermittent fasting, aggressive calorie deficits and cold plunging can often further wreak havoc on an already undernourished, overstressed body.)
I want to do something different.
The Wildhearth is a place to learn about women’s health through the lens of food and nutrition, without diets, fear-mongering, or the endless pursuit of the “perfect” body.
We’ll explore the science behind things like:
- menstrual cycles & hormones (and how nutrition can support PMOS, endometriosis and irregular cycles)
- the roles of key nutrients (like iron, vitamin A, and minerals) in supporting you health and energy levels (and why you probably don’t get enough in today’s modern food landscape)
- digestion & the gut microbiome (and understanding why going gluten and dairy-free is rarely my first approach)
- blood sugar & energy
- stress, sleep & the nervous system
- fertility & reproductive health
- protein, strength & changing nutritional needs to meet your goals
- perimenopause & menopause
- seasonal eating & nutrient-dense foods
- herbs and traditional food skills that we just haven’t been taught
All grounded in evidence-based nutrition, social justice, a weight-inclusive approach, and a deep respect for the complexity of our bodies.
But the Wildhearth isn’t just about nutrition.
It’s also about connecting to the rhythms of the world around us. It’s about slowing down. It’s about having fun.
Somewhere along the way, wellness became very serious.
Track this.
Measure that.
Optimize your hormones.
Perfect your morning routine.
Buy the supplement.
Fix yourself.
No thank you.
At The Wildhearth, we make room for:
- creativity
- curiosity
- seasonal rituals
- listening to your body
- enjoying the food you eat (and not feeling like you can’t have an Oreo cookie if you want one)
- and inviting a little bit of magic into your day
Nutrition doesn’t have to be all or nothing. It doesn’t have to be eliminating all processed foods, taking 500 supplements, making every snack and dessert high-protein and sugar-free, and sacrificing your joy so that you can be “healthy”.
Nutrition can be deeply nourishing: for your body, but also for your spirit.
This membership is about women’s health. But it’s about so much more.
The Wild Hearth is for you if you’ve ever thought:
I want to get to the root of my health, but there’s too much information out there.
I want to eat healthy but I don’t want another restrictive diet.
I want to cook more at home, but I feel like I don’t have the time.
I want to grow my own food, but I’m not sure where to begin.
Eating healthy is great, but I’m on a budget.
I want to learn about my body in a space that doesn’t make me feel like something is wrong with it.
I want to be part of a community, instead of feeling like I have to do everything on my own.
You belong here.
The Wildhearth is an inclusive space
Yes, this is a community for women and a space where we plan to talk a lot of hormone health. But you do not have to identify as a woman or have a menstrual cycle to belong here.
We will talk a lot about hormonal and menstrual health, so if you get a period, you will likely find value here. We will also talk a lot about the experience of being a woman, recognizing that that experience is unique to you–there’s no one size fits all.
All of this to say, that this is a trans and queer-inclusive space. And also, if this community calls to you, and you are not a woman or not someone who menstruates, please don’t feel like you can’t be here. Everyone deserves to be part of a community. I simply ask that you come into this space with respect and curiosity.

Hi, I’m Tisha! A dietitian, herbalist, creative, and (amateur) gardener. I’m a little witchy, a lot feminist, and a big believer that wellness should be accessible for every body.
I created The Wildhearth because I wanted somewhere to bring all of those pieces together.
A place where we can talk seriously about the research and science behind women’s health, and then get our hands dirty in the garden.
Where we can talk about the complexities of the gut microbiome, and then share what we’re reading this month, or a new sewing project we’ve started. I hope you learn from me. But I also want to learn from you.
Bring your knowledge, your wisdom, your experience.
We were built for community.
We have been so disconnected from our food, from our bodies and from the seasons.
The Wildhearth aims to fix that: to empower us and make us more resilient. Especially as food costs rise, and our food systems prioritize profit over health or sustainability.
Learning to nourish our bodies and connect to our food has never been so important.
Who is this not for?
I’m going to be honest with you. You will not like the Wildhearth if:
- anything witchy woo turns you right off (absolutely fair, but this might not be your jam.)
- you have no interest in seasonal living
- you want a quick fix diet plan
- you are transphobic
