I’m Tisha! I’m a nutritionist on a mission: to help you reach your best health without restrictive dieting.
I combine functional nutrition with an inclusive and intuitive approach to help you ditch the diet and nourish your body. I believe that it’s possible for you to improve your health without getting caught up in diet culture. If you struggle with what to eat, feel like you’re out of control when it comes to food or if you’re looking to balance your hormones and recover your metabolism–you’ve come to the right place.
I help you get back on track without dieting or restricting.
I know there’s a lot of health information out there, and all of it seems conflicting and overwhelming. So I’m here to hold your hand and guide you through it.

If you’re new here, let me share a bit about myself!
I’m an ENFP on the Myers-Briggs (and if you don’t know what that means, consider that Lorelei Gilmore, Anna from Frozen, Phoebe from Friends, and Jess from New Girl are all ENFPs). I am as bubbly and quirky as it gets, and I love to live outside the box.
I have a mean cat, Poe–and while having a cat should not be a personality trait, in my case, it definitely is.
I’m also a queer lady, a wine lover, a pole fitness enthusiast, a feminist, and a lifelong learner. I’m currently pursuing my credentials to become a dietitian.

Who knew playing with my food would lead me to a career where I get to make magic happen on the daily? My love of creating beautiful content and tasty, healthy recipes has allowed me to work with hundreds of brands over the years. I’ve developed recipes and restaurant menus, created photo and video content, and written evidence-based nutrition articles for brands and health professionals alike.
Here’s the thing: I believe you can change the world with the brands you support. This is why I’m passionate about working with brands that are dedicated to wellness, health and social good. It’s my mission to create the beautiful content you need to inspire and motivate people to a better future.
As a nutritionist, professionally-trained chef, food stylist + photographer, I know I have the skillset to make your vision come to life.
ABOUT NOURISHED WITH TISH
Nourished With Tish was created out of the desire to have an open-minded space that talked about healthy living without the diet culture, from someone, who let’s be real, is kind of an outlier in the health and wellness space.
I wanted a space that dealt with issues I wanted to see: how to have a healthy relationship with food, how to handle cravings, how to love my body as is, and how to create an inclusive wellness space for all people.
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be stressful, or expensive–and it’s definitely not an all-or-nothing approach. So if you want to learn how to be healthy and happy, but without the detoxes, the hoaky trends and the pressure to be absolutely perfect–you’ve come to the right place!
