How To Make This Buffalo Chicken Bowl

This buffalo chicken bowl is super easy to throw together and comes together in just a few steps:

  1. Roast the veggies: Preheat your oven to 425°F. Toss frozen cauliflower with cornstarch, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Spread the cauliflower on one side of a parchment-lined baking sheet. On the other side, add frozen sweet potato fries. Roast for 25 minutes.
  2. Buffalo it up: Once the cauliflower and fries are roasted, remove the fries and set them aside. Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the baking sheet, pour on buffalo sauce, and toss the chicken and cauliflower together. Roast for another 10 minutes so the flavors really soak in.
  3. Assemble your bowl: Add chopped romaine lettuce to your bowl as the base. Top with sliced cucumber, the buffalo chicken and cauliflower, sweet potato fries, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped green onion. Drizzle with ranch dressing, and dig in!

This method gives you a warm, hearty bowl with crisp, cool toppings for the perfect balance of textures and flavours.

Dairy & hormones—friend or foe? There’s a lo Dairy & hormones—friend or foe?

There’s a lot of mixed info out there, but here’s the truth:

❌ Dairy doesn’t *always* mess with hormones.

✅ Some people are sensitive to it, while others digest it just fine.

✅ Full-fat dairy (like yogurt) has probiotics, calcium & vitamin D—which can actually help PMS!

The key? Listen to your body. If dairy triggers symptoms like bloating or cramps, you might want to try temporarily cutting it out to see how you feel.

✨Did you know?✨

There’s a link between IBS and endometriosis: they often co-exist together. If you struggle with symptoms like bloating or stomach pain, it might be worth checking for food intolerances, celiac disease or IBS.
