Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, toss together all ingredients.
Place peaches on a baking sheet face down and bake for 20 minutes, until peaches have browned but have still kept their shape.
Serve peaches over yogurt and drizzle with honey.
