Honey Thyme Roasted Peaches + Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 6 ea peaches pits removed
  • 1.55 tsp thyme chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, toss together all ingredients.
  • Place peaches on a baking sheet face down and bake for 20 minutes, until peaches have browned but have still kept their shape.
  • Serve peaches over yogurt and drizzle with honey.
