Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8in baking pan with parchment.
In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients: miso, eggs, coconut sugar, cashew butter, melted butter, vanilla.
Add in dry ingredients and stir to combine: almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt. Stir in white chocolate chunks.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through, and a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into 16 pieces. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
