Oven Baked Rutabaga Fries

A healthy twist on french fries!

Ingredients

  • 1 rutabaga
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Peel rutabaga and cut into french fry shaped spears.
  • Spread rutabaga fries evenly onto parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
  • Serve with a side of sriracha mayo and garnish with chopped parsley.
