Oven Baked Rutabaga Fries
A healthy twist on french fries!

- 1 rutabaga
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- salt + pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel rutabaga and cut into french fry shaped spears.
Spread rutabaga fries evenly onto parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
Serve with a side of sriracha mayo and garnish with chopped parsley.
